Product Description

Cervavac Vaccine contains Human Papillomavirus (HPV) Vaccine. It is intended to prevent genital warts, precancerous lesions, cervical cancer, and other disorders linked to HPV. It is a recombinant vaccination that contains HPV strains 6, 11, 16, and 18 virus-like particles.

Mechanism of Action :
Virus-Like Particles (VLPs) derived from HPV types’ L1 protein are present in Cervavac. By imitating the virus’s outer shell, these VLPs encourage the production of neutralizing antibodies by the immune system. They cannot, however, infect people because they lack viral DNA.

Uses:

  • Cervical cancer
  • Precancerous cervical, vulvar, and vaginal lesions
  • Genital warts, All of which are caused by HPV Types 6, 11, 16, and 18

Dosage and Administration :
Given intramuscularly (IM) in the upper arm’s deltoid muscle.

Side Effects :

  • Pain, redness, swelling at injection site
  • Fever
  • Fatigue
  • Vomiting
  • Dizziness
  • Headache
  • Nausea

Storage :
