Evaparin 300mg Injection

Evaparin 300mg Injection contains Enoxaparin, a low molecular weight heparin (LMWH) used as an anticoagulant. By blocking certain clotting factors, it aids in the treatment and prevention of blood clots.

Mechanism of Action :
Blood clots are prevented by enoxaparin-induced enhancement of antithrombin III’s activity, which inhibits Factor Xa and Factor IIa (thrombin). Compared to thrombin, Factor Xa is more impacted by it.
