Tacrograf 0.5mg Capsule contains tacrolimus, an immunosuppressive medication used primarily to prevent organ rejection in patients who have undergone a kidney, liver, or heart transplant. In order to stop the immune system from attacking the transplanted organ, it suppresses it.
Mechanism of Action :
Tacrolimus suppresses the enzyme calcineurin, which is implicated in immune system T-cell activation. Tacrolimus prevents organ rejection by lowering the immune response through blocking this route.

Dosage and Administration :
The capsule should be swallowed whole with water, not crushed or chewed. Usually taken once daily in the morning on an empty stomach.

How to use this Medication ?
