How does the Biomyf-S 360 Tablet work?

An enzyme that aids in the growth of lymphocytes, immune cells that attack foreign tissue is inhibited by mycophenolate sodium. Mycophenolate works by reducing the body’s immune response by cutting down on the production of lymphocytes, which helps stop the body from rejecting the transplanted organ.


How to Use & Dosage

This depends on what type of organ transplant you have and your needs . For kidney transplant recipients , 720 mg twice a day is usually recommended . By mouth unless otherwise directed by a health care professional. Preferably take on an empty stomach for best absorption.

Read the Medication Guide that your pharmacist has given you before you start taking mycophenolate and each time you get a refill. If you have any questions, ask your pharmacist or doctor.

Swallow the whole tablet. Do not chew or crush. Do not break open the capsules before swallowing.Your dose will be based on your medical condition and response to the treatment. In addition, in children, the dose is body-size dependent.For maximum benefits from this drug take it daily. Take it at the same time every day. This will help you to remember to take it.

Alcohol

You should avoid drinking while you are taking Biomyf 360 Tablet to prevent any unwanted side effects. Please speak with your healthcare provider.

Driving

Biomyf 360 Tablet may cause drowsiness and fainting, so avoid driving and using heavy machinery when taking it. Please consult your health care provider.


Storage Instructions:

The recommended storage temperature is 20°C to 25°C (68°F to 77°F). Keep container tightly closed and protected from moisture and light.
