Ebunat 0.5mg Injection contains Eribulin Mesylate (0.5 mg). Eribulin Mesylate is a microtubule dynamics inhibitor used mainly for the treatment of some cancers such as metastatic breast cancer and liposarcoma. Eribulin is a derivative of a naturally occurring product from a marine sponge that inhibits cancer cells’ ability to divide by disrupting microtubule function.

Tell your doctor before you take Ebunat 0.5mg if you have heart, liver or kidney problems or are taking any other medicines. Contraindicated during pregnancy and breast feeding.Effective contraception is mandatory during treatment.

Product Description

Ebunat 0.5mg Injection contains Eribulin Mesylate (0.5 mg). Eribulin Mesylate is a microtubule dynamics inhibitor used mainly for the treatment of some cancers such as metastatic breast cancer and liposarcoma. Eribulin is a derivative of a naturally occurring product from a marine sponge that inhibits cancer cells’ ability to divide by disrupting microtubule function.

How does the Ebunat 0.5mg Injection work?

Eribulin interferes with the growing phase of microtubules (important components of the cellular skeleton) and inhibits cancer cells from dividing, leading to cell death.


How to Use & Dosage

Eribulin injection comes as a solution (liquid) to be injected intravenously (into a vein) by a doctor or nurse in a hospital, infusion center, or doctor’s office over a period of 2 to 5 minutes. It is usually given on day 1 and day 8 of a 21-day cycle.

Your doctor may need to lower your dose or delay your treatment if you develop specific side effects. Make sure you tell your doctor how you feel during your treatment.

Safety Advise

🫀 Liver

Dose adjustments may be necessary in patients with renal impairment. Regular testing for kidney function should be done. Please consult with your health care provider.

🤰 Pregnancy

Eribulin should not be used in pregnancy as it may harm the unborn baby. Please discuss with your health care provider.

🤱 Breast Feeding

Eribulin may pass into breast milk and could be harmful to a baby. Do not breast-feed while you are taking this medication. Discuss with your doctor.

🍺 Alcohol

It is not known whether it is safe to drink alcohol when you have Ebunat 0.5mg Injection. Discuss with your healthcare provider.


Storage Instructions

Store vials under refrigeration at 2°C to 8°C (36°F to 46°F). Don’t freeze.
