How does Lentris 4mg Capsule work?
Lenvatinib functions by blocking a variety of receptor tyrosine kinases (RTKs), among them the VEGF receptors, which are implicated in angiogenesis, the process of forming new blood vessels which fuels the growth of tumors. It slows the growth and spread of tumors by obstructing these routes.
How to Use & Dosage
Do not break, chew or crush the capsules. Swallow them whole. Take the medicine by mouth with a full glass of water. Read the prescription label carefully, taking it exactly as prescribed by your doctor and stopping only when instructed to do so.
Talk with your paediatrician about using this medicine in children. Extra caution may be needed.
If you think you’ve taken too much of this medication, call an emergency room or poison control centre immediately.
The dosage depends on the type of cancer and the characteristics of the patient (weight, health). The oncologist will prescribe a dose of 4 mg, 8 mg or 12 mg to be taken once a day. Administered orally either with or without food.

🤱 Breastfeeding
Lenvatinib may be excreted in breast milk. Discuss with your healthcare provider whether you should stop taking the medication or continue breastfeeding.
🍺 Alcohol
The use of alcohol should be avoided when taking Lentris 4mg Capsule as it can increase the risk of experiencing some of the negative effects of the medication. Please consult your health care provider.
Storage Instructions
Store at room temperature, preferably between 20°C and 25°C (68°F and 77°F). Be cautious of extreme cold or freezing conditions.
