Arpimune ME 50mg Capsule Cyclosporin is used in the treatment of psoriasis, severe rheumatoid arthritis, nephrotic syndrome and prevention of transplant rejection of the liver, kidney, heart or bone marrow.

How does Arpimune ME 50mg Capsule?

Cyclosporin works by preventing the production of interleukin-2, a growth factor needed to activate T-cells. This leads to a lower immune response, which stops the body from overreacting in autoimmune diseases or rejecting organ transplants.


How to Use & Dosage?

Cyclosporin is normally given by mouth in capsule form. Should be taken regularly either with or without food.

Arpimune is taken by mouth with a full glass of water. Do not take grapefruit juice. Swallow the capsules whole, as directed by your doctor, do not chew or split the capsules.

Take them at the same time every day, on a regular basis, and do not stop taking them without your doctor’s permission or exceed the recommended dosage. If you are a child 1 year or older, talk to your healthcare professional before use. Patients over 65 may need a lower dose because they are more sensitive .
