Cabolong 40mg Tablet is composed of: Cabozantinib (40mg) Cabotinib is a tyrosine kinase inhibitor (TKI) that blocks many receptor tyrosine kinases (RTKs) involved in tumour growth, metastasis and angiogenesis, and is used to treat a wide range of cancers.
People with heart, liver, kidney problems or high blood pressure are a special caution for the Cabolong 40mg Tablet. If pregnant or breast-feeding do not use it. Use effective contraception during treatment.

Cabolong 40mg Tablet is composed of: Cabozantinib (40mg). Cabotinib is a tyrosine kinase inhibitor (TKI) that blocks many receptor tyrosine kinases (RTKs) involved in tumour growth, metastasis and angiogenesis, and is used to treat a wide range of cancers.

How does a Cabolong 40mg Tablet work?
Cabotinib inhibits several tyrosine kinases including MET, VEGFR and RET that are involved in several pathways that are important for tumour cell growth and angiogenesis (formation of blood vessels). Cabozantinib blocks these kinases which can reduce the blood supply to the tumor and inhibit cancer cell growth and spread.
How to Use & Dosage
Cabozantinib is a pill that you usually take once a day on an empty stomach, either 1 hour before or 2 hours after a meal. Listen to your doctor carefully and do not change the dose without your doctor’s advice.
Take the tablets with a full glass of water. Do not crush, chew, split or open them.
The usual dose of Cabolong is 40 – 60 mg once daily. The dose depends on the type of cancer being treated and patient factors such as liver or renal function. To be taken at least 2 hours before or after a meal, on an empty stomach.

Cabolong 40mg Tablet is likely unsafe to use while breastfeeding. Please speak to your health care provider.
🍺 Alcohol
It is not known if it is safe to take a Cabolong 40mg Tablet with alcohol. Consult your health care provider.
Storage Instructions
Store at room temperature between 15°C and 30°C (59°F and 86°F). Store in a dry place, away from direct light and moisture.
