Eleftha 150mg Injection is a monoclonal antibody. It is used in the treatment of certain types of breast and stomach cancers that are HER2 receptor positive.

Eleftha 150mg Injection is a monoclonal antibody. It is used in the treatment of certain types of breast and stomach cancers that are HER2 receptor positive.

How does an Eleftha 150mg Injection work?
It targets the HER2 receptor, a protein that is overexpressed on the surface of some cancer cells. Trastuzumab binds to HER2 and inhibits signalling pathways that lead to cell growth and survival, marking the cells for destruction by the immune system and thereby diminishing tumour growth.
How to Use & Dosage
8 mg/kg usually followed by a maintenance dose of 6 mg/kg every three weeks (depending on protocol). Given as an intravenous infusion. First infusions given gradually to watch for any negative reactions.
This medicine is administered intravenously. It is given by a medical professional with special training who works in a hospital or clinic setting.
Ask your paediatrician about giving this medicine to children. This medication is not approved for use in children.

- Loss of appetite
- Diarrhea
- Fatigue
- Dizziness
- Sweating
- Stomatitis (mouth sores)
- Hand-foot syndrome
- Cardiotoxicity
- Liver enzyme elevation

Eleftha is contraindicated in pregnancy due to the possibility of fetal harm. Please see your doctor.
🤱 Breastfeeding
Breastfeeding is not recommended because the drug may be secreted into breast milk. Please consult your doctor.
Storage Instructions:
Store Eleftha Injection in the refrigerator at 2-8°C. Protect from light and do not freeze.
