Emrok O Tablet is a broad-spectrum antibiotic belonging to the fluoroquinolone class and contains Levonadifloxacin. Levonadifloxacin is primarily indicated for the treatment of serious bacterial infections caused by resistant Gram-positive pathogens, such as methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA).

If you have any ongoing problems with your gastrointestinal system or develop any injection site reactions such as pain or swelling or redness, see your doctor. Do not allow contact with the mouth, nose and eyes. If contact occurs, wash with water.

Product Description

Emrok O Tablet is a broad-spectrum antibiotic belonging to the fluoroquinolone class and contains Levonadifloxacin. Levonadifloxacin is primarily indicated for the treatment of serious bacterial infections caused by resistant Gram-positive pathogens, such as methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA).

  • Acute Bacterial Skin and Skin Structure Infections (ABSSSI)
  • Community-Acquired Bacterial Pneumonia

How does Emrok O Tablet work?

Levonadifloxacin is a novel fluoroquinolone that inhibits bacterial DNA gyrase and topoisomerase IV, which are critical enzymes for bacterial DNA replication, transcription, repair and recombination. This dual inhibition acts to kill bacteria and prevent the spread of infection.


How to Use & Dosage

Emrok O Tablet should be taken as per physician’s prescription. It can be taken with or without food. Swallow the tablet whole with a full glass of water. If you break, chew or crush the tablet, the drug may not work properly.

This medication is used orally as directed by your doctor. The quantity and length of treatment will depend on your condition and how you respond to it. Children’s weight also affects the dosage.

Continue taking this medication until the full suggested dosage is reached, even if symptoms disappear in a few days. If treatment is discontinued too soon, an infection may return.

Safety Advise:

Dose adjustment in patients with impaired liver function regular monitoring of function tests is recommended. Please discuss with your health care provider.

Dose should be adjusted in patients with impaired renal function, renal function tests should be monitored regularly. Please speak with your healthcare provider.

🤰 Pregnancy

Not recommended during pregnancy unless necessary due to potential harm to the fetus. Please contact your health care provider.

🤱 Breast Feeding

Not recommended while breastfeeding unless necessary as it may be harmful to the growing baby. Please check with your health care provider.


Storage Instructions

Keep out of direct sunlight and moisture and store at room temperature. Don’t use after the expiration date and keep out of children’s reach.
