Gemibine 1.4gm Injection contains Gemcitabine, which is an anticancer drug. It is mainly used to treat several types of cancer.

How does a Gemibine 1.4gm Injection work?

Gemcitabine is a pyrimidine nucleoside analog antimetabolite. They are incorporated into the DNA of rapidly dividing cells (such as cancer cells) preventing the formation of new DNA and stopping existing cells from dividing. This eventually causes cell death, particularly in cancer cells that divide more quickly than normal cells.

Storage Instructions:

Store in a refrigerator (2°C to 8°C). Do not solidify.
