Uses of Grafotas 50mg Capsule:

  • Prevention of Organ Rejection
  • Autoimmune Diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis, psoriasis, and certain other inflammatory conditions.

How does Grafotas 50mg Capsule work?

The drug cyclosporine prevents T-lymphocytes (a vital part of the immune system) from working. It attaches itself to a protein on the T-cell and prevents the calcineurin enzyme from turning on the immune response. This suppression reduces the body’s attack on the transplanted organ.

How to Use & Dosage?

Dosage may be titrated based on blood cyclosporine levels, type of transplant and body weight. taken by mouth as directed, usually in divided doses.

Cyclosporine is generally given once a day. Take cyclosporine at the same time or times each day, and space your doses and meals the same amount of time apart.
