How does the Lenva 4mg Capsule work?

Lenvatinib is a multi-kinase inhibitor that targets several receptor tyrosine kinases involved in tumour angiogenesis, growth, and proliferation. It inhibits KIT, RET, platelet-derived growth factor receptor (PDGFR), fibroblast growth factor receptors (FGFR1-4), and vascular endothelial growth factor receptors (VEGFR1, VEGFR2, and VEGFR3). By blocking these pathways, Lenvatinib helps slow tumour growth and reduce its blood supply.

How to Use & Dosage

Lenva 4mg Capsule may be taken with or without food. Swallow the capsules whole without opening, crushing, or chewing them.

The recommended dose for differentiated thyroid cancer is generally 24 mg once daily. For renal cell carcinoma and hepatocellular carcinoma, the dose may vary but often starts at 18 mg once daily, as directed by your healthcare provider.
