Product Description

Nuparp 300mg Tablet is used for the treatment of cancer and contains rucaparib, a PARP inhibitor. It may help prolong responses to other treatments in people with recurrent ovarian, fallopian tube and primary peritoneal cancers who have responded to chemotherapy.

Uses of Nuparp 300mg Tablet:

  • Ovarian cancer
  • Prostate cancer

How does an Nuparp 300mg Tablet work?

Rucaparib works by inhibiting PARP enzymes, which are essential in DNA repair. When these enzymes are blocked, it causes the cells to die. Cancer cells can not repair their DNA. This is especially the case for cells that already lack DNA repair systems (e.g., cells with a BRCA mutation).
