Paclitero 260mg Injection

Paclitero 260mg Injection is a type of chemotherapy called Taxane. It contains Paclitaxel. It is often used in the treatment of a number of cancers including Kaposi’s sarcoma, lung cancer, ovarian cancer and breast cancer. Paclitaxel kills fast-growing cancer cells by disrupting the normal function of microtubules during cell division.

How does a Paclitero 260mg Capsule work?

Paclitaxel works by stabilizing microtubules, so that they don’t break down during cell division, or mitosis. This means that the cancer cells are unable to complete their division and die. It damages mainly fast-growing cells, like cancer cells.

How to Use & Dosage

It is administered by intravenous infusion. The standard dose of Paclitaxel depends on the type of cancer being treated, the patient’s body surface area (BSA) and the chemotherapy regimen.

This medication is administered intravenously. A medical expert with specialized training administers it in a hospital or clinic.
