Temcad 20mg Tablet contains Temozolomide which is an oral chemotherapy drug used mainly for the treatment of certain types of brain cancers.

How does a Temcad 20mg Tablet work?
Temozolomide is a chemical-based alkylating that harms the DNA of the cancer cells. This prevents them from proliferating and dividing, slowing down or stopping the formation of tumors.
How to Use & Dosage
The oncologist decides on the exact dose and duration of treatment depending on the type of cancer, body surface area and treatment response. The capsule is normally taken once a day for five days consecutively, with one day’s break in between.
Swallow this medication whole with a full glass of water Take this medication with or without food Take this medication the same way each time Read the instructions carefully and do not stop or change the dose without the approval of your doctor.
Talk to your pediatrician about this medicine in young patients. Perhaps we need to be a little more careful.
If you think you have taken too much of this medicine, contact an emergency department or poison control center right away.

🤰 Pregnancy
Serious birth defects can be caused by Temozolomide. Women who are fertile should use effective contraception during and for one month after taking the medication. Please consult your healthcare provider
🤱 Breastfeeding
It is not recommended to breastfeed while receiving treatment as the drug may get into the breast milk and harm the baby. Talk to your health care provider.
🍷 Alcohol
Avoid alcohol as it may worsen side effects such as nausea, vomiting and strain on the liver. Ask your healthcare professional.
🚗 Driving
Temozolomide can cause fatigue, anxiety or dizziness. Do not drive if you experience any of these side effects. Consult your healthcare professional.
Storage Instructions:
Store the capsules at room temperature in a dry place and keep them out of reach of children.
