Temotero 250mg Capsule

Temotero 250mg Capsule is an oral chemotherapy drug which contains Temozolomide. It is mainly used for the treatment of certain types of brain cancers.

How does a Temotero 250mg Capsule work?

Temozolomide is an alkylating chemical-based that damages cancer cells’ DNA. This stops them from multiplying and dividing, slowing or stopping tumor growth.

How to Use & Dosage

The oncologist will decide the exact dose and period of treatment depending on the type of cancer, body surface area and treatment response. Usually the capsule is taken once a day for five days in a row, with a rest day in between.

Take this medicine with food or without food. Swallow the tablet whole with a full glass of water. Take the same way each time. Listen carefully to what your doctor says. Don’t stop taking it or change the dose yourself.

Tell your pediatrician about this medicine if your child is under 18 years old. There may be a need to be extra cautious.

If you think you have taken too much of this medication, call an emergency department or poison control center right away.

🤰 Pregnancy

🤱 Breast feeding

Do not breast feed during treatment with this medicine. The drug may pass into breast milk and harm the baby. Consult with your physician.

🍷 Alcohol

Avoid alcohol while taking Temozolomide as it may worsen side effects including nausea, vomiting and liver strain. Please talk to your healthcare provider.

Store the capsules at room temperature, away from moisture and heat. Keep out of the reach of children.
