How does the Evermil 5mg Tablet work?
Everolimus inhibits a critical pathway (mTOR) which is involved in cell growth, division and survival. Everolimus inhibits mTOR, which slows cell division and limits the growth of cancerous cells.
How to Use & Dosage
The typical dosage is 5mg once daily, but it can vary based on the specific condition being treated and the patient’s response. Taken orally, with or without food. It is important to take it consistently at the same time each day.
Follow all of the instructions given to you by your doctor or pharmacist. Do not drink grapefruit juice. Do not break, crush or chew the tablets. Take them at the same time each day and at regular intervals and do not stop unless your doctor tells you to. Your pharmacist will give you a MedGuide with every prescription and refill. Always read the information carefully.
Discuss with your paediatrician the use of this medicine in children. Precautions apply, although this medication may be given for some diseases in children as young as one year old.

Evermil 5 Tablet is not recommended for use in patients with severe liver disease. Please consult your Healthcare Provider.
🤰 Pregnancy
Everolimus may cause foetal harm when administered to a pregnant woman, resulting in foetal death or birth defects. Please speak with your Healthcare Provider.
🤱 Breastfeeding
Everolimus should not be used by women who are breastfeeding as it could be passed into breast milk and could cause harm to a baby who is being nursed. Please talk to your Healthcare Provider.
🍷 Alcohol
The effect of alcohol on Evermil 5 Tablet is unknown. Please consult your doctor before consuming alcohol. Please talk to your Healthcare Provider.
🚗 Driving
Some patients may have fatigue or dizziness. Drive carefully until you know how Everolimus affects you.
Storage Instructions
Store at room temperature. Keep away from moisture and heat. Keep out of the reach of children.
