Before taking this medication, tell your doctor if you have kidney, liver, heart problems, diabetes or high blood pressure. Minimize sun exposure as immunosuppressants may increase your risk of skin cancer.

Uses of Takfa 2mg Capsule Tablet:
Prevention of rejection of organs (kidney, liver or heart transplants) in patients undergoing transplantation.
How does Tafka 2mg capsule Tablet work?
Tacrolimus blocks an enzyme called calcineurin that is involved in the activation of T cells of the immune system. Tacrolimus blocks this pathway, and reduces the immune response and prevents organ rejection.
How to Use & Dosage
Take the capsule whole with water; do not crush or chew the capsule. Usually taken once a day in the morning on an empty stomach.
Tacrolimus is available in a variety of forms and must be taken exactly as directed, with immediate-release capsules taken twice daily and extended-release forms once daily on an empty stomach. Take tacrolimus exactly as directed by your doctor. Take tacrolimus at the same time every day.
Do not split, chew, or crush the extended-release capsules; instead, swallow them whole with water. Do not open or crush the immediate release capsules.

It is most probably unsafe to use Takfa 2mg Capsule during breastfeeding. Talk with your healthcare provider.
🍷 Alcohol
Do not take alcohol while using Takfa 2mg Capsule. Please speak to your healthcare provider.
Storage Instructions:
Store Takfa capsules at a temperature of 15°C to 30°C (59°F to 86°F). Store the capsules in the original container to protect from light and moisture. Keep away from children.
