How does a Tipanat 20mg Tablet work?
Tipiracil and trifluridine have a synergy. Trifluridine works directly on the cancer cells by being incorporated into the DNA of the cells. This incorporation causes damage to the DNA and results in cell death. Tipiracil inhibits the enzyme that degrades trifluridine, thereby increasing and prolonging the activity of trifluridine.
How to Use & Dosage
The usual dosage depends on the body surface area (BSA) and the type of cancer being treated. Take with water within 30 minutes of eating to reduce gastrointestinal adverse effects. Do not chew or break the tablets.

Tipanat 20mg Tablet may make you feel sleepy or dizzy. do not drive or operate machinery until you know how it affects you. Speak with your healthcare provider.
