Docetero Rtu 120 mg Injection contains Docetaxel which is a chemotherapy drug from the taxane family. It is used to treat a variety of malignancies, stopping the division and multiplication of cancer cells. By disrupting cell division more precisely, by stabilising microtubules.

How does the Docetero Rtu 120 mg Injection work?

Docetaxel works by promoting microtubule polymerisation from tubulin dimers and inhibiting depolymerisation. It does this by stabilising the microtubules and limiting their usual function during mitosis, or cell division. This prevents cancer cells from growing and spreading, eventually causing cell death.

How to Use & Dosage

The dose of docetaxel varies depending on the type of cancer and course of treatment. It is given as an intravenous (IV) infusion.

It is performed by a trained medical professional in a hospital or clinic setting.

Storage Instructions
