How does Fonyl 4gm Injection work?
Fosfomycin inhibits the production of peptidoglycan, a critical element of the bacterial cell wall. Fosfomycin is used to treat bacterial infections by preventing the bacteria from forming cell walls, thus killing the bacteria.
How to Use & Dosage?
The usual daily dose for an adult can be from 4g to 8g, depending on the intensity and severity of the illness, divided into two or three doses. IV administration is the method of administration.
